Staff Software Engineer

We are hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead backend system architecture, microservice design, and technical strategy across teams on our Java / Spring platform. Tech stack: Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Microservices, System Design, Architecture, AWS What you will work on: - Drive the architectural roadmap and system design for distributed microservice ecosystems handling high-volume traffic. - Solve company-wide system performance bottlenecks, transactional integrity issues, and data domain boundaries. - Champion technical standards, continuous improvement practices, test automation strategies, and code review quality. - Partner with principal engineers and product managers to define future technical architecture specifications. What we are looking for: - Extensive track record architecting and operating complex distributed backend software systems using Java and Spring Boot. - Deep expertise in high-scale relational database modeling, event-driven architectures (Kafka), and cloud setups. - Demonstrated technical leadership, cross-team alignment capability, and mentorship experience.
