We are seeking a Staff Platform Engineer to lead and scale our core infrastructure and internal developer platform. In this high-impact role, you will design, build, and maintain the foundation that powers our production systems and enables engineering teams to ship software safely and efficiently.
Tech stack: Go, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, Docker, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, ArgoCD
What you will work on:
- Architect and evolve company-wide platform tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure services primarily written in Go.
- Manage multi-cluster Kubernetes deployments and cloud-native infrastructure as code using Terraform across AWS environments.
- Establish standards for system observability, secret management, service discovery, and zero-downtime deployment pipelines.
- Lead major technical initiatives, drive cross-cutting architectural decisions, and evaluate new platform technologies.
- Partner closely with product engineering teams to eliminate operational friction and improve developer experience.
What we are looking for:
- Deep hands-on experience building and operating large-scale distributed platform infrastructure using Go and Kubernetes.
- Expert-level understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), container orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Proven track record of setting technical direction, driving architectural alignment across multiple teams, and mentoring senior engineers.
- Strong focus on security best practices, high availability, disaster recovery, and cost management.
