Staff Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to guide the architectural evolution of our predictive ML models and automated machine learning infrastructure. Tech stack: Python, PyTorch, scikit-learn, SQL, MLOps, Spark, Kubernetes, Distributed Training What you will work on: - Define machine learning architecture for large-scale training, distributed inference, and model deployment. - Lead multi-team technical projects, establishing company-wide standards for MLOps, model monitoring, and data quality. - Research, prototype, and implement cutting-edge machine learning techniques to solve high-value business challenges. - Mentor senior engineers, drive cross-functional alignment, and conduct rigorous system reviews. What we are looking for: - Deep domain expertise in machine learning system design, deep learning, and distributed computing. - Proven track record of architecting ML pipelines that process massive datasets reliably in production. - Excellent technical communication, cross-team collaboration, and strategic decision-making ability.
