We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build high-volume APIs and core business microservices using PHP and Laravel. Tech stack: PHP 8, Laravel, MySQL, Redis, Docker, REST APIs, Microservices, AWS What you will work on: - Design, build, and maintain enterprise backend microservices and APIs using PHP and Laravel. - Optimize relational database models, write complex SQL queries, and implement Redis caching layers. - Implement robust queue-based background processing using Redis and message broker integrations. - Mentor junior software developers, participate in code reviews, and drive backend engineering standards. What we are looking for: - Proven experience building and operating production backend services using modern PHP and Laravel. - Solid technical grasp of relational database optimization, caching techniques, and RESTful API standards. - Strong understanding of modern software architecture, automated testing frameworks, and containerized deployments.
