We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to serve as the chief technical authority across our core enterprise platform services built on Java and Spring Boot. Tech stack: Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Distributed Systems, Docker, AWS, System Design What you will work on: - Define long-term enterprise technology roadmaps, system boundaries, and foundational software architectures. - Solve critical performance, reliability, and scaling bottlenecks across distributed backend microservices. - Champion engineering excellence, modern design patterns, security frameworks, and API governance. - Advise executive leadership on key technology choices, strategic investments, and architecture transitions. What we are looking for: - Recognized industry expert with extensive experience building highly resilient distributed systems. - Masterful understanding of Java, Spring ecosystem, database design, event-driven architectures, and cloud services. - Exceptional executive communication skills and demonstrated success influencing broad technical organizations.
