We are seeking a Principal AI Engineer to establish our enterprise-wide AI architecture, generative AI strategy, and intelligent system infrastructure.
Tech stack: Python, LLMs, FastAPI, Vector Databases, Docker, PyTorch, Distributed Systems, System Design
What you will work on:
- Set strategic AI development direction, framework standards, model governance, and production architecture.
- Architect high-scale AI infrastructure handling model orchestration, retrieval augmented generation, and agentic workflows.
- Partner with product leaders and executive stakeholders to evaluate breakthrough AI technologies for core products.
- Mentor principal and staff engineers, host cross-team technical reviews, and drive AI engineering standardisation.
What we are looking for:
- Recognized expertise in designing, deploying, and scaling complex artificial intelligence systems in enterprise environments.
- Deep technical mastery of Python, deep learning architectures, Large Language Models, and vector index structures.
- Exceptional executive communication skills and demonstrated success guiding high-level technology transformations.
