AI Research Engineer

We are seeking an AI Research Engineer to bridge the gap between AI research papers and production-ready machine learning models. Tech stack: Python, PyTorch, CUDA, Deep Learning, Transformer Architecture, Model Compression, Research What you will work on: - Read, analyze, and prototype state-of-the-art research algorithms in machine learning and deep learning. - Design and execute systematic experiments to validate new modeling, quantization, and fine-tuning techniques. - Compress, distill, and optimize novel AI models for low-latency production execution. - Publish internal benchmarks, research summaries, and technical recommendations for engineering teams. What we are looking for: - Strong background in machine learning research, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch), and algorithm design. - Proven ability to implement state-of-the-art research papers directly into working Python code. - Familiarity with deep learning model architecture, hyperparameter optimization, and hardware acceleration.
